Service & Escalation Specialist

Needed: Service & Escalation Specialist

Job Description: You will serve as the liaison between Window World and its escalated customers. This job will require strong communication, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Service techs
    • Manage and approve all ST timesheets
    • Run the BTR, DFW and HOU morning SER meetings
    • Ensure all techs perform quality work including completion of jobs if at all possible and detailed paperwork.
    • Perform installer chargebacks.
  • Manage and directly engage with all jobs in Escalation and Collection status.
  • Communicate with jobs that have not yet to be moved to escalated status.
  • Respond to all accounts with BBB complaints, Social Media, Wells Fargo Disputes, NSF checks, credit card disputes, customers wanting to cancel, and accounts in litigation.
  • Handling escalated calls from the front line
  • Directly communicate and coordinate with Service, Production, Completion, Auditing, and Accounting Departments as well as attorney’s and 3rd party collection agencies.
  • Organize weekly meetings with management.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills.
