Window World of New Orleans is a family business for the Rolands. CEO Jim Roland has been a Window World franchise owner for over 30 years. Now his sons Macon and Jacob and his daughter Sarah are also active in the business. The Roland family philosophy can be summed up in the following words from Jim:
